Yoga, Money & the Law of Attraction - Session 1
Hey guys! Hope you had a blast this past holiday weekend.

I’m super excited to embark on this journey with you. At your convenience, follow along with the video and begin day one of the YMIC Challenge. Come back each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 3pm Pacific time (or as your schedule allows; any 3 times/week will do since the videos will be archived here for you).
As always, please share your thoughts, breakthroughs, and discoveries in the comment section below. I can’t wait to hear about all the “evidence” of your vibrational alignment unfolding in the specific ways that you are asking for it. Remember to LOOK FOR what you choose to see in your life experience and it will show itself to you. It is Law.
Enjoy the contrast, knowing that you are never separate from Source OR from your emotional guidance system that lets you know, consistently and clearly, whether your thoughts, and thereby your vibrational offering, is moving you towards or away from your desire and your expanded version of you.

This is RAD. I think this is a really great concept. I wasn’t sure how this was going to work, but I’m really excited to read along with you Kris and to schedule these sessions into my week. What a concept! Excited to feel a part of a group that is working together with a common goal.

What a great way to start a Sat. again Kris thanks for the practice. the ideas, inspiration and easy to follow down to earth video\’s I can do that….. COME on Yapluka and fine ASS, I am totally feeling it. Oh and thanks for the recommendation, more love is flowing in my house and I get to get over myself. I should have known that which hurt me once is saving me now. On the finish week 2.
Kris, I did okay following with the video. I have to be honest I’m out of shape former College Basketball player. I’m 6′4 at 230 pounds working on getting back in shape. Goal is to lose 15 pounds. I’m working on jogging and eating healthy. I’m feeling every single move ;however, it feels great. Thanks for sharing your content on your blog given back to the universe that positive energy. I will see you on the next video….
