Yoga, Money & the Law of Attraction - Session 2
Back for more, eh?
Good.
I’m so glad you’re taking such good care of yourself and learning to care enough about how you’re feeling, to create a powerful and positive shift in your point of attraction — and therefore your overall life experience. Doesn’t it feel good to get your power back?!! No one but you can decide how you’re going to feel and what you’re going to attract.
For today’s session you’ll want to read pages 14-41 in the book, Money & the Law of Attraction.
Our focus will be on creating internal strength, balance, and focus… and on ALLOWING the natural balance to come into play, not forcing anything.
Note that when you stand on one leg or squat down on your tippy toes, you’ll have more success if you ALLOW yourself to sway a bit. Too much rigidity will make it feel like a struggle. It’s better to even fall out of the pose a bit, then try a second time with a little more awareness, versus straining and struggling your way to steadiness.
Remember the analogy, “Nothing you want is upstream”–just let go of the oars and relax into flowing “downstream” with ease toward what you are choosing for yourself.
As we come to the yoga mat, we’re literally practicing, on a physical level, what we’re learning in the book. Don’t try to overthink anything. Just be present, enjoy your breath, and move through the postures deliberately and mindfully as you let the work do the work.
Here we go…
Let me know, via the comments, once you’ve taken the classes. Share a bit of your experience with me as well as the others who are on this adventure with you.
All the love,
Kris

Kris,
Just wanted to say thanks for making this available. I’m grasping “intentional creation” on a deeper level now, and wrapping my head around the whole pivoting process. I’m new to yoga so this is just my pace. I’m being a lot more picky about what I’ll give my attention to and I’m starting to let go of resistance to what is as I tell a different story. I know there are specific results heading my way and I’ll share the details next time.
Be well,
Carla
