A Little Allowing Goes A Long Way…

With all the talk of our flailing economy, rising prices, and the declining dollar — not to mention the very real possibility of a whole new currency to replace the dollar — how do you keep choosing prosperity and believe that all is well?
Easy! Watch this video, then read down below for more specifics and a powerful action plan.
When you know very well what it is you WANT (peace, abundance and freedom), but yet you look around and see so many examples of what you DON’T want (strife, conflict, and control), how do you maintain an outlook of optimism and positive expectation?
If you want to be a chooser — an intentional creator – but, due to fear or frustration, you know that you are no longer an energetic or vibrational match to what you want to create — how do you move from just liking the idea of the Law of Attraction to knowing and trusting that applying it can transform your whole life experience?
If you are feeling vulnerable or scared about what’s occurring in the global collective, how can you loosen your grip on the situation long enough to open yourself to experience something different… some renewed confidence… some relief?
(You might’ve experienced a little taste of it when you watched Obama’s speech on election night. And if you’re like me, you want more of THAT feeling.)
You can have it. But realize that the core issue here does appear to be TRUST; really trusting that applying the Law of Attraction can affect change in tangible, practical ways.
So how do we build that trust?
True to the Trikaya (trinitarian) way, the solution has 3 steps.
(And to give credit where credit is due, these three steps were inspired both by the Hickses and Elyse Killoran of ChoosingProsperity.com. I am grateful for their wisdom and influence in the world.)
Step 1: Release.
By release, I mean REALLY - LET - GO.
Let go physically, emotionally and logically.
No… Seriously. Surrender.
Put your bags DOWN. All of them.
And let the current of your desire draw you naturally towards the solution you seek.
(Yeah, yeah, I know. Sounds like a fairy tale, right?)
Believe it or not, the Universe really does work this way. If you’re not resisting the flow of this current, the rip-roaring life force (or what we yogis call the prana shakti) that is always pulsing through you, it will attract to you the very essence of all that your life experience causes you to want.
And of course, the flip side is, if you’re trying to CONTROL everything — Abraham-Hicks calls that “paddling upstream” against the current — and squandering your energy pushing against all that you’d rather NOT have in your life experience, you’ll actually repel the results you desire and they’ll never find their way to you.
Is that what you’ve been experiencing? With money? In your relationships? In your career? With your health?
If so… Stop that.
You’re “efforting” way too much. You’re draining the life force right out of you, and until you get your head on straight (and your thoughts/beliefs in alignment with your desires) your actions can actually be more counterproductive than productive.
None of us can create the positive results we seek while we are gripped with fear or desperately trying to control a situation. It just won’t happen. Law defies it.
(There’s a reason why — when I was obsessed with losing weight and trying to control every morsel I put into my mouth, every calorie in and out — I kept plumping up like the Pillsbury dough boy… and why when I finally LET GO, I let go of the pounds as well!)
Like clockwork, the Law of Attraction is always bringing us a crystal clear reflection of what we are focusing upon. So the thought, “I’m a fat-ass” begets a bigger ass, fear begets more reasons to be fearful, and trust/love/faith begets more reasons to be trusting/loving/faithful.
It never fails.
If we looked at the feeling of trust on a sliding scale of low to high vibration, it might look something like this:
* Fear (total lack of trust)
* Worry
* Pessimism/Doubt
* Neutrality
* Hopefulness
* Positive Expectation/Belief
* Trust/Faith
* Knowing/Conviction
So how do we move ourselves up the scale towards a very real and authentic experience of conviction and trust?
The answer to that question lies in:
Step 2: Move out of the problem… into the solution.
At such a crucial time as this (a new president coming into office, talk of the Amero, an environmental crisis at hand…), with so many new challenges AND opportunities before us, now is NOT the time for fear.
Rather, now is the time for every person who understands the power of intentional creation to move out of the problem, into the solution. Now is the time to HOLD THE VISION of what can be, of what is possible, of a future that is equal to our ever evolving capacity.
In the above video, Abraham-Hicks points the way.
My own summary (and additions) goes like this:
a) Move out of fear (pet your cat, tend to your garden, laugh with an old friend about good times… do anything you have to do to distract yourself from the problem and get to a place of feeling good BEFORE you take inspired action).
b) Move back into balance and trust (practice looking for evidence of all that you consider to be GOOD… after all, what you focus on expands, and what you appreciate, APPRECIATES).
c) Bring your focus back to what you want to create (the Source part of you knows what you want and is already bringing the essence of that to you and through you… your job is to stay pointed in the direction of THAT, in positive expectation of THAT, engaged in daily focused action to catalyze and create THAT).
Step 3: Become a match to what you DO want to create
“The most important decision we can ever make is whether we believe we live in a friendly universe.”
That was Einstein.
Smart man.
He’s was talking about the importance (the NECESSITY!) of having a willingness to trust.
If you’ve ever taken my yoga classes (virtual or real life) you’ve probably heard me say, in Savasana — final resting pose — that we find our greatest sense of Self and security in our own willingness to be vulnerable. This is a very different energy than FEAR.
In today’s changing world where so many people on the planet are experiencing fear and discomfort (and with what we know about the Law of Attraction), choosing to trust has never been more important.
Indeed, our ability to evolve, to rise above, to RECEIVE and enjoy the positive change we’ve all been crying out for (and vibrationally co-creating) DEPENDS upon our willingness to trust.
So… Just do it!
And then surround yourself with people who inspire you to keep doin’ it.
One thing I know for certain is that being deliberate about ALLOWING and TRUSTING is must easier with a support team. If you find the same to be true for you, and you want to be confident and successful in designing your life through yoga, then now is the perfect time to build your perfect team.
In Trikaya - the Yoga that helps you get your sh!t together, we call this team your Bhakti Buddies. We have a tried and true formula that will help you create your own that is perfectly geared toward your goals and intentions. It’s like having your own advisory board, whole-heartedly devoted to keeping YOU devoted to your highest calling, your biggest life, and your greatest, grandest vision — all of which depend on your ability to trust.
We’ve built an entire system around this team, and we happen to know that 3 (people) is the magic number. Following our simple and practical model, you meet weekly, via phone, to “MasterMind” with these other 2 Buddies in your “Tribepod”. In doing so, you’ll be empowered to clarify, design, and live out your life’s most meaningful, substantial and passionate purpose (or dharma — whatever it is you feel called to do). And of course, in doing so, you’ll get your sh!t together!
To help you launch your own Tribepod, we’ve created a Quick Start Guide that shows you step-by-step how to find and create your own Bhakti Buddy Tribepod so you can get on with making your greatest contribution to the world or doing what matters to you most.
For a short time, it includes the $97 value Trikaya Tracker as a free gift. Using this tool and launching your MasterMind will put you on an exciting, life-changing journey, and once you embark on it, you’ll never be the same.
Here is what Rita Garcia, Founder of Meditating Mammas, has to say about her Bhakti Buddy experience:
“Talk about freedom. I feel like I can accomplish anything that I desire because I can focus on what is important to me and am confident that it won’t fade out and die as some intentions or programs have in the past. Combining the Tracker with Bhakti Buddies is extremely powerful since I am supported and challenged by two others who truly want me to succeed and then I get the pleasure of giving back to them — how complete is that? This is a tool that has been vital to my creating the life that I have always wanted and now I have!!”
In your support teams, remember this most of all:
Now is the time to exercise our power and use the most potent Tools of Creation that are available to us. They comprise the MAHA (or great) TRINITY. They are:
• What we think about
• What we talk about
• What we do something about
So be deliberate when you use them, be accountable for what you create as a result, and do your best to be light-hearted, relaxed and unattached about whatever manifests, for it is only a launching pad for your future creations.
While there are those who think that this is all ‘fluff and nonsense’ with no substance or value — exactly the opposite is true. Using yoga, meditation, journaling, visualization, conscious breathing, and whatever other devices you are aware of — individually and in groups — will add power and momentum to the vision of a future equal to that of our greatest capacities.
If you didn’t already, now you know what you need to do to be part of the solution.
Sending out the ONE BIG LOVE…
Namasté,
Kris

Amero, eh? WTF? What is that all about?
I’m glad you’re always keeping us plugged into the news we rarely hear about. I see the value in being aware and alert, without being reactive. Yoga helps me with that so much. As do your newsletters and events. This Thanksgiving I’m grateful for people who take action to make a real difference in the world, and hopeful that I can continue to be an active part of that group of people.
Wow, that really hit home. Sunk it deeply, thank you. I needed that to get me back on track. I really do know what to do now.
For the holidays, I’m going to stay away from the malls and stay connected to Source, family, friends, nature and good healthy eat to nourish the soul. I’ll do my homework on this Amero business.
Namaste.

THE AMERO… What a JOKE! Wait, was that on CNN back in 2006? We sure must have our heads in the sand. The media is sure feeding us carefully filtered content. This message Kris is more relevant than ever. Really love the spin you put on things. I have to really work on this stuff that you suggest. Hard to face the reality of what I’ve been getting as a result of what I’ve been thinking, speaking and doing with my life. Sure is a wake up call being that layoffs are happening by the thousands and the fact that I know those who are prepared and have their focus in the right area will come out stronger as you said. Thanks for giving me that nice kick in the butt that I needed. I look forward to each of these.
That reminds me why did you go down to only 1 per week?
Hello…this message was exactly what I needed. Source is Awesome! Last week I was so negative and I knew it but I couldn’t stop it. Yesterday I found out that my desperate grip on fear resulted in exactly what I had been focused on and I basically laid off from my job for the week at least. Now I know how to turn things around. Thank you Kris!
I looooooooooove this Hicks video! Thank you. How funny and synchronous:
– M & I were thinking of going to Vegas for Thanksgiving to see Cirque. J Which show are you going to? Where are you staying?
– There was this kid in the bank yesterday in a big line behind me who asked his mom, “why can’t we just get the money and go?” She said, “Because it doesn’t work that way.” Then he asked exactly the same question a second time just seconds later, “Mom, whhhh-y can’t we just get the mo-ney and gooo?” Same answer: “It doesn’t work that way, honey.” His fabulous kid brain reply was, “Well, I work that way!” (Might as well add a “toots” to the end of that sentence because that was totally his sentiment!) It was awesome! A kid seeing beyond all the strange and quiet boxes of adulthood. Us quietly standing in line staring at the TV screens to entertain us with BS nonsense while his world became a playground. He proceeded to wildly launch himself like a slingshot from one of the ropes that creates the waiting line, whisper-shouting to himself, “fiiiiiiiiiiiire awaaaaaaaaaayy!” and then flailing to the other end of the room where the other rope was partitioning off the end of the waiting line, slingshoting himself back and forth between the two ropes. It was so amusing to watch. Adults started getting very uncomfortable and puffy at his sheer imaginary glee. Here we were just 20-ish years away from his age having learned in that short time to be good obedient adults doing all the good adult errands one needs to have a “successfully” busy day. :/ Anyway, you mention something in your audio intro about being a kid. It reminded me of this moment yesterday and thought it would be fun to share.
How cool would it be if we saw each other in Vegas, baby, Vegas???
What do you mean by a “whole new currency”? This idea is disturbing.
Thanks for your news-emails.
Disturbing, indeed.
And how far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?
I’m teasing a bit, but really, as the clip says, the Americans really do have their head in the sand on this one. Did you see the news clip attached to the “whole new currency” link there? That was from two years ago.
Google it and see what you come up with. It’s good to be AWARE, but able to choose consciously how we want to respond (versus react) to something. Even in the midst of apparent chaos, we have to trust that all is well, and unfolding as it should. The “contrast” stimulates us to create new and better solutions. THAT is what we need to keep our focus on.
Thanks for your comments, Jessica. Posting here gets everyone stimulated and participating together.
All the love,
Kris
Thanks for your response. I’ll check out that website. I have heard disturbing rumblings but questioned the validity. All part of the North American Union? Scary.
Dig as deeply as you want to as long as you can do so without feeding into all the “fear” mentality. See it as opportunity to create awareness… And NEW solutions. There is much room for growth and improvement and this may bring many more people together to stand up for what we believe in and know is possible, according to our potential individually and collectively.
Thanks again for your interaction. Have an incredible Wednesday Jessica.
Peace,
Kris
Thanks Kris- for this inspiring post and video- this fall has been a time of getting messages from source loud and clear- and learning to flow, not force. No paddling upstream for me anymore! Also, thanks Sara for your description of the kid in the bank- very cute and apt description of how we put ourselves in a box with rules and blinders on so we cant see the universal playground.
