Yoga for Wellbeing classes focus on moving and stretching your body and connecting with your breath. We will begin with posture work (asana) to build and maintain strength and flexibility, followed by breath work (pranayama) to rejuvenate and relax.
You’ll find these classes easy to access, no matter what your fitness level and previous experience of Yoga. With adjustments and adaptations to suit your body’s needs, you’ll find something for everybody in these classes, from the total beginner to advanced practitioners.
Through challenge without strain, this class will help you to drop into the deeper layers of your body and experience the part of you that is always steady and calm.
All Trikaya Yoga classes must be booked in advance. To book your first class, please send us an email to check availability, and you can come along and enjoy that first class for $20. Please do not turn up to class unless you have received confirmation that you have a space (or have an ongoing block booking). If you leave your booking request to the last moment we may not see your booking in time to respond, so it is best to book as early as possible. All booked classes must be paid for in full.
Classes at our Trikaya Yoga studio in Brighton East have only six mat spaces, offering close attention and good community. For these classes you can only continue to attend by block booking for the remainder of the term (see dates and prices below).
No refunds are offered for missed classes on block bookings. You may be able to attend another class that week subject to mat availability but you will need to check specific availability with us first.
