Continuing our series of irregular Saturday morning classes, we have two offerings on Saturday 4th November to help you start the weekend the way you want it to continue.
From 9.30 to 10.30am, Kelly will guide you through an easy hour of breath-led Yoga posture practice, opening out and unwinding your body and breath with simple movement. From 11am to 12 noon, Scott will lead you through a sequence of lying, sitting and walking meditations that will leave you focused and clear. Book in for both classes to give yourself a mini-retreat that will leave you refreshed and relaxed throughout your body, breath and mind.
