Sacred Sound (Nada) of all types can be an incredibly powerful agent of transformation in our lives. Yoga offers many different ways to use sound in our practice, from the repetition of simple mantras, through the joyous devotion of Kirtan and on to the complexities of Vedic chanting.
Join us for a few hours focusing on the simple ways that we can bring about change by introducing Sacred Sounds (Mantra) into Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation practices. Even if you have no prior experience of using your voice in this way, you’ll quickly notice the positive effect that sound can have on your Yoga practice and your life. We will show you how easy it can be to bring an element of the Sacred into your life with simple chants that won’t leave you struggling or confused.
